Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Electro-Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a process engineer in the beverage industry. Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities Experience working in a small company environment is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with process modeling and calculations.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
Job Description
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Conduct process analysis and evaluation to identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations for enhancements.
Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes, products, and equipment.
Provide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flow diagrams, and work instructions.
Participate in safety and quality programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
Train and mentor production staff on new processes and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to support new product development and commercialization efforts.
