Using a high pressure jet of carbon dioxide or nitrogen gas, the gasses are quickly dissolved into the product in-line, which improves quality. This design does not require a holding tube or an addition mixer to fully dissolve the gas. Can be used as a unit in itself or integrated into a flash pasteurizer.
Flash pasteurizer is a unit for pasteurizing beer, soft drinks and other carbonated drinks in a highly accurate HTST process. The flash pasteurizer can be configured with fix and variable flow rate. High heat recovery, gentle product handling and high accuracy for pasteurization units combined with the greatest possible cost effectiveness.
Hydraulic conveying systems rely on dissolving sugar or powders directly at the feeding point. They thus avoid the operational problems of mechanical and pneumatic conveying systems. Firstly, the energy used is not just used for conveying the sugar but also initiates a pre-blending process, which saves energy in later production stages. Secondly, the expensive measures required by ATEX guidelines do not apply to the construction and operation of hydraulic conveying systems. Continuous dissolving and batch dissolving are both possible, cold as well as hot sugar dissolving.
We offer a wide variety of filter solutions for either particle filtration or sterile filtration of liquids and gasses. These filters are designed for use in many sectors, including the following industries: wine, beer, mineral water and soft drink production, dairy, food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
For the syrup room equipment UniTec offers complete modular systems – which represent an optimal customized solution for the customer. You can combine elements according to your needs and wishes. All units are efficient process systems and practical to handle. Each unit (module) can be integrated in the total syrup room concept.
Available modules in syrup room:
- Bag in drum pulps emptyer: user friendly handling, high capacity, high viscosity products, complete recovery of product, Cleaning in Place (CIP) possible.
- Solid high-shear mixer and liquid doser: dissolving all difficult products, lots managing and traceability, all-in one CIP including solids hopper, and optional: code bar tracking, sugar manager.
- In-line blending: multiple streams, multi-capacity, suited for all production processes and all markets.
- Multitubular and plate pasteurizer: recovers up to 85% of energy used in aseptic duties, pressure safe control, possible to integrate (if needed): deaerator/homogenizer, aseptic tank/saver tank.
The wort aeration unit is a precise in-line dosing system for air or oxygen in wort. A special in-line injector "Wort-Jet" dissolves the gas directly in the wort to provide a reliable and reproducible fermentation.
The unit can be available in manual and automatic version and can be equipped with a complete air treatment (coalescer, particle filter and sterile filter). Integration in the existing plant can be easily fit in.
These machines allow you to add additives in different rates and quantities, all-at-once and with great accuracy. They also monitor the flow of beer in the system. Mass flow transmitters measure the correct dosage of each additive. The additives are dosed from containers or vessels (with or without heating jackets). All kind of additives can be dosed such as flavors, hops, enzymes, sugar,… The sterilization of the dosing units can be done separate from the beer line, so beer production is possible during sterilization of the dosing unit.
