Intake and storage of granulate sugar (syrup room)

Hydraulic conveying systems rely on dissolving sugar or powders directly at the feedingpoint. They thus avoid the operational problems of mechanical and pneumatic conveying systems. Firstly, the energy used is not just used for conveying but also initiates a pre-blending process, which saves energy in later production stages. Secondly, the expensive measures required by ATEX guidelines do not apply to the construction and operation of hydraulic conveying systems. Continuous dissolving and batch dissolving are both possible, cold as well as hot sugar dissolving.
